Tactical Training Facility Orientation

The Tactical Training Facility Orientation is a prerequisite for any individual interested in training in the building.  It is designed to familiarize our students with the safety guidelines that S.E.A.L. Security has set forth.  This class will include a tour of the facility and its customized tactical training features.  Students will learn about our UTM weapons and ammunition, as well as the proper use of related equipment.



Law Enforcement Officer Street Survival

The student will develop a functional level of knowledge and performance in the areas of physical fitness as related to Law Enforcement duties and officer survival. The student will learn balance and core strength while developing knowledge of defensive tactics techniques.  The student will also develop a functional level of knowledge and performance in the areas body mechanics as it pertains to “stand-up” and “ground” techniques.


Law Enforcement Officer Defensive Tactics Instructor

The student will develop a functional level of knowledge and skills in the areas of arresting/handcuffing, weaponless techniques for control or self defense, intermediate weapons (batons: ASP, Monadnock, and PR-24) techniques for control or self defense, handgun/edge weapons retention and disarm techniques, and OC survival tactics.  The candidate will identify and/or demonstrate knowledge of principles of subject control; Ground fighting, escorts, locks and holds. The student will also learn officer survival tactics for patrol.

Advanced Executive Protection

This program offers 40 hours of instruction in which each student will learn sophisticated, innovative skills and techniques pertaining to personal performance on protective assignments. Lectures will review principles, doctrine, methodology, mechanics, guidelines, movements, dimensions and checklists for the protection of executives, officials, celebrities, religious and world leaders.

This program is for individuals involved in other security careers, such as law enforcement and military, and has interest in the field of providing personal protection. Students who complete this course will truly understand the difference between Bodyguard work and professional personal protection.

Basic Dog Decoy

This course is a hands-on, practical application course that will be a minimum of one week. In this course student will be given an in-depth look into decoying. Students will understand that the decoy is the primary teaching tool in any protection training session and understand how to better the dog they are decoying. They will learn to read dogs movements and reactions to ensure they are providing the best training possible. Students will also be given insight into canine psychology.

Advanced Dog Handler

This course is a hands-on, practical application course that will be a minimum of one week. Students are required to have taken the basic dog handler course and show proficiency in the same before beginning this course. Students will be taught off leash obedience as well as correction techniques. They will then be taught the mechanics of protection/patrol. They will become proficient in all phases of bite work to include but not limited to, the attack, stand-off, recall and guard. Students will also be introduced to decoy equipment and have a general understanding using this gear.

In today’s society, law enforcement often comes in contact with aggressive dogs as they are so commonly used for home protection. These encounters are not only dangerous but pose a high level of threat to the officer. In this course officers will learn proper techniques and procedures when faced with an aggressive canine as well as learn how to prevent these encounters from taking place. Officers will also learn what to do in the event of an attack and the best ways to get out of the situation.

Anti Terrorism Driving

This course will teach you the Professional Driving Skills used by authorities such as the Secret Service, Special Forces, Police and Bodyguards.  This hands-on course is designed to educate, coach, and assess the driver in professional Tactical Driving Techniques.  Our goal is to bring each student to a highly proficient skill level in vehicle control and the competence and confidence to drive in high risk areas and situations.

Professional driving skills include:

  • Travel security Risk Assessment

  • Safety procedures when using a vehicle in tactical situations
  • Selection and preparation of the vehicle
  • Risk Assessment & Route Selection
  • Surveillance detection plan
  • Driving emergency response - braking techniques / drills, avoidance drills, response drills, skid control maneuvers
  • Understanding over/under steering a vehicle

  • Driving beyond normal circumstances - high speed techniques, minimum visual distance, whole road/restricted lane, cornering, exiting the corner
  • Evasive maneuvers – tactical forward / reverse ramming (barricades), Y-turns – reverse 180 degree turn, PIT, driver down
  • Attack recognition
Basic Pistol/Rifle Package

This course is at least 8-hours (pistol) or 14-hours (rifle) long and includes classroom and range time where students learn to shoot pistols. Students learn NRA’s rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; shooting from the bench rest position, and two handed standing positions; cleaning the pistol; and continued opportunities for skill development.

Explosive Handling

S.E.A.L. Security Solutions offers an Explosive Handler's course at its Tactical Training Facility. This course is recommended to students interested in signing up for the Dynamic Entry course. While the Explosive Handler's course is separate from the Dynamic Entry course, they are often associated. The Explosive Handler's course is designed to teach safe handling techniques to people with little to no experience with explosives. Students will learn the basics of explosives as well as the different types that exist. They will be taught the differences between combustion, explosion and detonation. The most important knowledge the students will acquire throughout the duration of this course are the SAFETY procedures when handling explosives.
